I have eaten at the Jasper Dos Margaritas frequently, but was recently disappointed. We went there with family in town on vacation, and although we were served drinks, chips and salsa promptly, we then waited 15 minutes for our server to come back and take our orders. Then, after another 20 minutes of waiting, a different server brought our orders, which turned out to be someone else’s orders. And while handing out the incorrect orders, he could not find it in himself to speak above a whisper and had to repeat himself to each person 3 or 4 times! We finally received the correct orders, but by then we couldn’t even enjoy our food. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing meal. I felt bad about dragging my family there after boasting about how wonderful it is. I plan to give them another try in the hopes that we were just very unlucky.
