food for thought
this restaurant is 1 of the best i have gone to for simple family outings.last time i went the owner came outside and talked to me for awhile about everyday events and was very friendly.altho it is only an outdoor sitting for eating purposes i felt very welcomed and satisfied.even after i left i sent a friend to pick up sundaes and was short for one and he remembered him from when he was out talking to us and gave us the last sundae needed.this guy is a great guy and the food is great as well.i know i will be there alot this year taking me and my family out for our usual 2 footlong hotdog meals and to sit in the screen house and just listen to the great music that they play over the speaker system.if your looking for great food and like great people then this is the place to be.
Dishes I tried:
2 foot long hot dog meal
for only being hot dogs and fries they were the best i have ever had and i will be eating here again this year.i am actually excited for the re opening of this establishment after a harsh winters wait

what a turn of events
the food at this location used to be really great and the management used to be great as well.since the store manager pam left and newer people came in this store has gone down hill. i used to be a manager at this mcdonalds and good food and good customer relations used to be a must but now this store has workers lounging around on the outside, wandering around on the inside.thier food has gone so much down hill we only go there if it is a must.for example, our last visit i went and ordered 20 burgers for a gathering and the manager sabrina swore at the window asking me if i was beeping kidding.then while we waited looking through the window we watched her throw our food onto the heated trays that the food goes to after its made awaiting bags.our food was all mangled, half unwrapped, and our fries were a mix of old fries hard as a rock and uneatable and raw batter potatoe slices that would make you sick if you ate them.if there is somewhere else you could eat then go to that somewhere else because mcdonalds in northbridge it should be checked by the board of health and thier management team should be in counceling.they are currently rebuilding mcdonalds..hopefully this means a new mcdonalds, new building, new food, and new crew.other words it would be like throwing money away keeping things the old way because people just dont like it anymore
Dishes I tried:
Double Cheeseburger
ordered 20 for a gathering of people and the food was horrible.dried meat stale buns, mangled in a wrapper which was only half wrapped.and we got fries and it was a mix of old stale fries and battery fries which were not cooked.and the crew was the worst crew i have ever seen.rude, lazy, and really didnt want to serve thier customers

03/09/2009i totally agree..this is really an ideal place to take the kids in spring and summer, whether its for lunch or dinner. their ice cream is great as well and their staff are very people friendly.
