3 times in a row food was missing from our order. This time it was an entire pizza. After a phone call to make sure our pizza was coming…A man who called himself “Johnny Bravao” said he was the manager said to us “What do you want, we’re busy”. Yet they were not too busy to take our order of $54.00. We called back again with another manger who said Johnny Bravo was a waiter. Then they had the nerve to deliver the old pizza which they must have reheated and came to us dried out and burnt. We also asked for the pasta to be on the side of the chicken parm dish and it was not. My wife says it happened because they don’t care and I think it’s because of incompetence and the owner’s take their customers for granted. 3 strikes and they are out. I do not know how they stay in business. I am an upper level member of The Warner Theatre Club and I will make sure that everyone knows of our experiences at Bachis at all the upcoming shows.
