Classic or unique, Aver's delivers (pun intended)
Aver’s has been making unique and delicious pizzas since late 1995. They have three locations, two in Bloomington and one in Columbus, IN.
Aver’s trademark is “Gourmet pizza to go!” and they certainly live up to it. There are 10 special pizzas, three of which have won national awards. There is also an impressive selection of toppings, including the classic mushrooms, pepperoni and olives, but also unique choices like zucchini and surimi crab.
They also deliver!
Dishes I tried:
Cuban Black Bean
A little spicy, very yummy. Instead of boring pizza sauce, Aver’s uses a spicy cilantro pesto. The pizza is topped with black beans, onions and tomatoes. It’s not a normal pizza. It’s delicious!
