So I attended brunch at Hudson Terrace this past weekend and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great as was the food. The crowd was young and chill and ready for the summer weather. I loved being able to enjoy the sun out on the patio with a sangria in hand! It was a bit too warm, I hope they adjust the surroundings, add some shaded areas to accommodate the impending summer, but who can control the sun?
The food spread ranged from omelettes, to french toast, to fresh smoked salmon. I’d recommend the oven roasted potatoes!
They also mentioned that they are having their grand opening on Cince de Mayo….lots of specials including a free drink if you RSVP. I’d check it out to see how the place functions as a bar/lounge.
