Worst Taco Bell / KFC Ever!
I have eaten at the De Soto Taco Bell /KFC a few times and all experiences have been mediocre at best. I kept going back because there is a lack of good restaurants (or any restaurants for that matter…don’t get me started on Pizza Hut which will be another entry all together) in the area. It is always something with this place…the credit card reader doesn’t work, the ice machine is broke, the manager insists you can’t sub a side and have to have what is on the picture of the combo meals, etc.
This Taco Bell / KFC also charges more for there menu items than any other Taco Bell I have eaten at…they even charged me for a glass of water today. I am done with this Taco Bell / KFC forever, so I hope they enjoy the extra 75 cents they made off me today, as I will never go back.
Avoid this Taco Bell / KFC like the plague. The manager is very unfriendly and unhelpful (the one before him was excellent in comparison), the prices are obsurd, and the food is not on par with any other Taco Bell /KFC I have eaten at. The franchise should evaluate this store and make them shape up or shut them down.

09/04/2008I could not have put it better myself. This Taco Bell / KFC sucks all forms of mammal rear end. I won ‘t attempt to re-state doug917’s eloquent description, but I can personally vouch for the fact the manager will not let you substitute sides, many menu items are far more expensive than other Taco Bell’s, and while they can make SOME of the new .79, .89, and .99 menu items, the cashier laughed out loud when I asked if they had them (as they are not part of their menu), and said “We can make some of them, but they are not going to be that price.” An .89 item elsewhere was $1.59 at this Taco Bell.
