Disappointed
I heard that Jade Island had good food so I stopped here today to try it. The “gentleman” at the register rang up my order incorrectly, got angry and slammed his hand on the counter. After starting at me for 15 seconds, he huffed and picked up his calculator to fix his mistakes. When I took out my debit card to pay, he raised his voice and said “Why don’t you have any cash?” I’ve never actually walked out of a restaurant, but I left this place. I was surprised by how absolutely pathetic the customer service was and thought I’d share. From what I saw, the place may look prettier than other Chinese food joints, but I’ll take a plain kitchen, good food and human decency over this place.
