medium rare done right
thank goodness N+S knows what they’re doing cuz there are few things more annoying than a steakhouse that doesn’t know how to do medium rare. the angus sirloin steak was so tender and juicy! the potato mash was very nice & buttery, although the more i ate the saltier it became.
our waiter wasn’t the worst ever but he wasn’t great either. N+S may be a little difficult to find so make sure you call them to get directions, the restaurant can not be seen from the street.
Dishes I tried:
iceberg wedge with blue cheese
refreshing. i’m not a huge fan of blue cheese dressing, but their dressing was light and there was a good ratio of lettuce to dressing.
angus sirloin steak
fantastic! all of us ate every bite of our steaks, and every single steak was a perfect medium rare. their freezer is full of about $35K worth of steak and has a better security system than most homes.
