The best burger in Seattle
Orange King has been around on University Ave for quite awhile now, and it has some tasty teriyaki. However, the place is better known for it’s burgers. Everytime I go I get the double bacon delux, which is by far the best burger I’ve eaten at a Seattle restaurant.

Great pizza, great location...
Tired of eating domino’s or frozen pizza? Pizzeria Guido may be a place to try. The pizza crust is very thin, and the sauce tastes freshly made. Certainly different from any pizza I’ve ever had, and the place is classy enough for dates. The pizza’s are individual portions, and cost between 11-13 dollars. Mushroom and sausage are my favorites.
I’m not particularly a wine person, but I’d imagine the wine there is great. The atmophere reminds me of France or Italy (or how I imagine them to be, since I’ve never been) and even their menu’s are in Italian. The location is at Crossroads Mall in Bellevue, next to the cinema, and parking is real easy to find.

Good choice for those who love spicy food
This is one of the oldest Szechuan restaurants in the Seattle area. While the food is close to authentic Szechuan food, it lacks a little flavor compared to the real stuff. It’s relatively cheap with lunch and dinner specials and has pretty large portions. Sometimes the service can be a little slow, though.

Great Szechuan food (by American standards)
Great Szechuan food. This is coming from a person who’s lived in Szechuan for two years. Great hot pot, crab, and an assortment of other dishes.
Dishes I tried:
hot pot
Probably the most popular place for hot pot on the eastside. Considering that I hate hot pot, this place is pretty good. The meal consists of beef, pork, vermiscelli, nappa, briskets, fish, fish balls, bamboo shoots and pigs blood. Suitable for 2 or more people.

01/18/2007I added a ‘Spicy’ tag. If you know of other restaurants that offer spicy food, please tag them even if you’re not up for writing a review just then. It’s really tough to find a restaurant that’ll make something hot around Seattle. (I travel, too, so it’ll help me out to know where to go in other cities.)
