Great Dining Experience!!
New in Lotus ,a very trendy yet casual experience. The menu was a bit pricey but well worth it. The chef is very creative. I had homemade ravioli stuffed with artichoke, and sun dried tomatoes. My husband had a rib eye done to perfection. One of my daughters had the skirt steak, she throughly enjoyed it. My other daughter had the fish, and it was done just right.
When it came time to dessert it was hard to chose. Finally my daughter and I shared the chocolate decadence, it was absolutely sinful. A flourless cake that was out of this world!!. My husband had the Creme Brule’ topped with espresso, he absolutely loved it.
My other daughter had a cheese cake west coast style, a lighter style of cheese cake, than its New York counter part. She was not a big fan of it. She loves her cheese cake, but thought she would give it a try.
Dishes I tried:
Artichoke Stuffed Rovioli
This was a great dish, I would suggest this especially if you like vegetarian fare, but even if not. The pasta was amazing, it was homemade. I like sun dried tomatoes and this had a sauce with sun dried tomatoes over it. It was just wonderful.

Got to try it!!!
Gary is great. If you have a hard time deciding ask him. They have a menu that changes every so often. Have fun with it. Great atmosphere right downtown Placerville take a walk after you are done eating in historic Placerville.
This is a great place to come with friends or with your special some one.
Dishes I tried:
Hot Head
If you love spicy try this one. You can ask for spicier. I love this dish. They have some great desserts also.
