Yamabuki's

YAMABUKi= NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY
Yamabuki is located near Downtown Disney next to Paradise Pier hotel and has the rudest waitresses. My friend ordered a sushi roll and tempura for dinner because each dish was already $15 and the waiter asked her why she was only getting that for dinner. The dishes are ridiculously overpriced- you’re looking at around $30~40 for an entree of japanese food. In return, you only get mediocre food you could probably find anywhere else (sushi boat, miyake, etc).

Salmon
The salmon was pretty good but definitely not worth the price. It was also ridiculously small and not very filling.
-
miso soup
This is regular, plain miso soup you can find anywhere else. It’s not worth $5!!!!

Left Bank Santana Row

i almost left LEFT BANK
After waiting one hour, my friends and I finally got a table… outside. It was freezing cold and our food took about 30 minutes to arrive. The decor is pretty nice though- christmas trees inside and elegant looking bathrooms.

Chipotle Mexican Grill

Big burrito- small price!
At Chipotle, it truly is about the customers. You get your choice of burrito/ burrito bol toppings for less than $7! The burritos are enormous- sometimes, the workers even have trouble wrapping it! Plus, if you’re a student and show them your ID, you get a free drink!

MY FAVORITE JAPANESE RESTAURANT EVER!!
Everything about this restaurant is great- their sushi is delicious and reasonably priced, their udons are big and cheap and their bentos are huge! Great Japanese food for around $10!

Chili's Grill & Bar
Dec 20, 2006
Horrible customer service!!!!
Decent food for a pretty good price but definitely not worth it because you wait a ridiculously long time to get seated and then you wait even longer for your food to arrive. In addition, they messed up my friend’s food order, so they had to wait even LONGER for their food to arrive! However, I did go around dinner time and it was pretty packed.

Monterey Chicken
Their monterey chicken is pretty good, and even comes with mashed potatoes and veggies!

Park Place Restaurant
Dec 20, 2006
expensive, but well worth the price
I had a party of 14 people and our food took over 1 1/2 hours to arrive. It was well worth the wait, for my friends and I explored the restaurant. There was an enormous gingerbread house in the lobby, as well as christmas lights strung around the restaurant. It’s located next to Cypress Hotel, with a huge fountain and christmas tree outside[perfect picture opp]. Great place to go whether it’s for a romantic date or a holiday dinner!

Scallops
Two pieces of scallops were $22. It’s pretty expensive but defintiely satisfied my taste buds.

Elephant Bar Restaurant

Mediocre food for a decent price
Elephant Bar has festive decorations with great customer service. I ordered the Lemon Herb Chicken, which was basically just a piece of chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and spinach. Wasn’t the best dish or the best price. Try their Ice Cream Mud Pie for dessert- it’s a little on the rich side, but delicious!
