Horrible Customer Service
They ruined our new year’s eve party.
We ordered the lower bottom of the lechon, and when we arrived to pick it up, we were handed the head!!!!
We then politely explained to them that this was not the part that we ordered. and they had the nerve and audacity to tell us “TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!!!!”
Never have i come across such rude and arrogant service. They did not even have the decency to offer a discount or a simple apology.
Definitely do not come here!!!! They are irresponsible and rude!!!!
