alright place

this is one of those places that is good but not good enough that it stands out in a crowd . the food is good to its credit and the staff there are very polite and great to talk to and take good care of you while you are there. prices are alright.this would be a nice place to have a quiet dinner on a normal occasion.I would recommend it to anyone, at least not on a special holiday. In my dining experiences I have found far cozier options available at far better prices

I like it

the food here is great, big portions priced a little on the spends side one bad thing that they must improve on is the wait staff, they move like turtles and don’t ever check back with you. i realize on weekends it is busy but so are dennys and perkins and i have recieved much better and faster service there. i hope next time i visit (i have been there about 6 or 7 times) the service is better – starting from seating, serving and the worst thing i hate is waiting for 10 minutes to pay. get the lead out servers and you will have a gold mine. i have talked with other people and they also agree the service is killing this place

nice food, not much more

The menu for palmino is quite extensive, and the artwork adds a beautiful touch to the authenticity of this restaurant. What I really like is the separate tapas bar, which is open later than the regular restaurant. There is a rooftop bar as well, which offers a beautiful view of the city. The wait staff is very polite, the food is served quickly, and the drinks are priced right.
PROS: Amazing food, amazing service, great wine list, great staff
CONS: Pricey. But worth it.

Enjoy food

Bloomington Chop House was recently named best resturant to bring the family to in the Twin Cities. I wholeheartedly agree. It was difficult finding restruants to bring our daughter to shortly after she started eating on her own. Bloomington Chop House is VERY family friendly, Not only is the food great and a reasonable price for the portion size that you get. It is great fun. The ambiance is vey entertaining for all 3 of us. We feel comfortable there, and we do not mind if our daughter throws food on the floor or not. It is relaxing and enjoyable for all of us!

Best Seafood in the Cities

I Love seafood and it is tough to find really good seafood! Oceanaire is simply the best. Everything is flown in fresh, the oyster selection is incredible and their towering appetizer is worth the money! Great place to dine, with a relaxed, yet sophisticated atmosphere!
Pros: Best food in town
Cons: parking lot is a pain

Amazing food

Liked the food, but there were a couple of flies around our table. The ambiance was nice. I had the spring rolls they were pretty good in my opinion. The prices were a little spendy but it’s a nice place for a weekend dinner, and there is lots of stuff to do in the area since it’s in uptown.
Pros: Ambience, politeness of staff, good spicy food, great appetizer and cocktail specials
Cons: Parking

Outstanding

Classic American dining at its finest. This is best restaurant around. Not stuffy or pretentious, great food and service in a cozy atmosphere. I noticed the last time I was in that they won an award for their wine list. The wine list is really excellent, and they offer half price bottles every Wednesday and Sunday night. A lot of places do that but have restrictions. it does not have any restrictions and you can pick any bottle on the list. OUTSTANDING!

Best Vegetarian Pizza Options

I love Pizza Luce because they have many interesting vegetarian options for pizza that is not the run of the mill veggie pizza. Barbeque sauce and mock dock, fakin bacon, pineapple. I love it! However their beer selections are not that good. The only real thing that is worth getting is their signature pizzas, their sandwiches and other entrees can be found anywhere else. The artichoke dip is super good as well-better than most. They have many locations that are convenient Lyndale S, Downtown, and Franklin Ave. in Mpls. Selby Ave. in St.Paul and they have one in Duluth as well. If you like Galactic Pizza you will also love Pizza Luce. Service is fine.
Pros: Convienent locations, interesting specialty pizza choices, vegetarian friendly
Cons: beer choices are limited, parking can be an issue,

I love this place!

When you want Thai food in Minneapolis this is the place to go. I love their wide selection of menu options and they allow you to choose what meat or non-meat you want them to put in your dish. This is great for vegetarians. You can ask them to hold the MSG too. The ambiance here is very nice. My brother orders the green curry dish and I order the stir frys. They also have nice vegetarian spring rolls with peanut sauce. I’ve enjoyed everything that I’ve ordered!

Enjoy

The food is very good as is the atmosphere. I’ve had some good sandwiches there. The service was also good. It tends to be really crowded, and can be hard to get a table, and parking in the area can be miserable. You can enjoy wine and beer from around the world to complement our exquisite food, all in the comfort of an elegant dining room. Full Service Catering is also available
