Basque region beauty
What a great find this place is. The couple owned spot, is inviting, relaxed and delicious. The food is authentic Basque region fare (owners grew up there). Wines and beers also all from Spain. A true Brooklyn gem!

tapas assortment +beers
My friend and I split a huge assortment of tapas early evening. Blue point oysters (6 for $10!), croquettas, alter boys (dates wrapped in serrano ham), gazpacho, manchego, The portions were great and the taste was even better.

Kyoto in Brooklyn
Hibino is a lovely spot on one of Brooklyn’s loveliest streets.
Very authentic Kyoto style Japanese cuisine. They have obanzi specials daily (japanese tapas dishes) and use local/seasonal produce as much as possible. The staff is friendly and laid back. Great spot.

tofu
The have in house made tofu, the BEST.
