Awesome Gluten Free Food!
Since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease a year ago, I have found it hard to find a restaurant with a Gluten Free menu, especially one so reasonably priced. Not only does Wildfire have an extensive GF menu, they offer everything from appetizers to desserts! I had the Chicken & Portabella Mushroom skewer appetizer, the Black Angus Burger (on a great GF bun), and for dessert my husband & I shared the GF flourless cake.
All of the gluten free food was awesome! It has been over a year since I have had a hamburger on a bun. We will definitely eat here again when in the area!!!

Gluten Free Black Angus Burger on a GF Bun
It has been over a year since I have been able to have a burger on a bun. Until now I have been unable to find a restaurant that will serve a burger on a Gluten Free bun. This spectacular burger was cooked to order & served on a GF bun that could rival the best of any glutened bun! It was the best gourmet burger I have had in years!
