“The distinctivenss of the Lanzhou Hand-pulled noodles is that it is cooked using beef, beef bones together with more than 20 different natural seasoning. It tastes deliciously with out feeling greasy. The ancients said "Flour benefits hearts, beef benefits body”. Magnificent concoction, as from scratch as it can get, from dough to mouth in less than 5 minutes! Slurp it all down within earshot of the shrill counterwoman, the Asian equivalent of the soup Nazi. Very small cramped dining space, takeout is preferrable. But worth the search and ear torture!!!!
