I love poppyseed dressing It does make a good fresh salad outstanding. It’s really hard to find a good salad in Hamilton, ON Canada. Probably one of the best I’ve eaten is the jerk chicken salad at Ya Man!. It would be good minus the featured jerk chicken (which is ace).

the chicago restaurant convention is ending today, and i’m a little sad that eating fried macaroni and cheese bits isn’t a part of my job this year. but more to the point, they have a blog this year: http://nrashow.typepad.com/
and youtube, flickr and twitter accounts. man, who doesn’t have a blog these days?

Thanks for the welcome. I’m moving up from Cincinnati OH. I’m so excited about this site. It’s just what I was looking for. I actually have a food journal for Cincinnati. Maybe I’ll start adding those too.
