best bang for your buck!

Don’t expect to be seated anytime soon without a reservation, unless you come when it opens at 5pm.

everything on the menu is fresh & well prepared. try the chef’s special amaebe, it’s topped with caviar & uni… a fun twist to a classic favorite.

after 2 beers, rolls, nigiri sushi, sashimi, dinner entree the bill came out to a mere $64 for the 2 of us, and we were STUFFED!

the decor & service are under par, but the food makes up for it a hundred times over!

eh... it's ok

well, like the other reviewers, i agree, the service is poor, but my experience wasn’t nearly as bad. whew~

we were also served a lunch menu, and thought, what the heck, why not? had sandwiches and soups.. they were pretty good actually, but very pricey. afterwards, i wanted to get a dessert, but i couldn’t decide which one i wanted, and our server was so unhelpful. she was just like “if you like chocolate, get the chocolate one, if not, get something else”

this place is pretty pretentious for a bakery/restaurant and the prices prove it. bleH~

bobbY~

the food here was good… let’s see, everything i ate here was good, especially the pecan crusted tamale that came on the side of my entree. can get expensive after appetizers, wine and dessert.

friendly staff, fun decor, was packed on the saturday night i was there, but that’s expected on a saturday night at any decent restaurant.

perfect pizza pie

the pizza here is so good, totally made 5hr plane ride worth it.

different from other ny pizza, in that they don’t sell by the slice, but that’s not a problem cuz you’ll end up eating the whole pie anyways!

the bottom is nice and crunchy, while the cheese was warm and gooey… and let’s not forget about their crust. (and i usually never eat my crust)

visitors, this is a must for ny style pizza!

great prices, great food, nice decor and friendly staff. ...

great prices, great food, nice decor and friendly staff.

i’ve been here once for lunch and a couple times for dinner, and everything i had here far exceeded my expectations, and for the price, you can’t beat it.

green curry, noodle dishes, fried fish, pineapple fried rice, and of course refreshing thai iced teas.

Rama, same owners, more ‘high-class’, in downtown sd for a classier affair.

all you can eat, meat.

i know most ktowner’s and out of town’ers that have been to this bbq restaurant adore this place and for $14.99 for all you can eat bbq, it’s not bad.

however, with the cheap price, you aren’t going to get the best quality meat, and on busy nights, service is lacking as well. even with the little button you press to get a server’s attention, it still takes awhile to get an order through.

however, the rice cake wrap, and wide assortment of side dishes, my favorite which is the steamed egg, (kind of like an egg casserole), keeps me coming back.

if you’re hungry upon arrival, get the cha-dol, (thin slices of meat that cook fast), the seasoned beef (joo mul luk) is also good, but on the chewy side. the pork (korean bacon looking things) is kinda skimpy, they give you 3 slices at a time, so if you’re a fan, order more than one plate.

it’s a local favorite, and fun w/friends for meat & soju. i usually like to come here when i’m with a bunch of hungry boys, its a quick fix for korean bbq at a low price.

pictures in my coffee!

the place where they make pretty designs in the coffee. (sp. spanish latte me thinks), and the BEST pumpkin pies (delish crust) on earth.

they have great lower-calorie selections and day-old pastries without comprimising too much taste.

daisy lovin'

a bit on the pricey side for what it is, and only open till 4pm, so when u can, catch them for breakfast, or lunch.

the best egg-salad sandwhiches i’ve ever had. hands down and their side salad w/b.vin. dressing, wash it down with a bottle of orangina… perfect lunch.
