My family of 5 walked in and were seated after about 3 minutes of waiting for someone to notice us. The waitress sat us down and took our drink menus. Almost 5 minutes later, another lady came by with coffee and asked if anyone had taken our drinks. We said yes. About a minute later, our waitress showed up with our drinks and a baffled face asking us if she had given us menus. We let her know that she had not. My coffee was warm, not hot, so I was able to drink it all well before our food came. When we ordered our food, I specifically asked for crisp bacon. The waitresses response was “it’s all crisp. If I ask for it crisp, it will come out burnt” When our food finally did arrive, all 5 plates of food were cold. I had 2 pieces of bacon – one was burnt, the other limp. My daughter’s waffle was crispy yet was so cold the lump of butter on top didn’t even start to melt. In the middle of my french toast, I got a great big taste of garlic! None of our drinks, including my coffee, were ever refilled and once the waitress delivered our food, we never saw her again at our table. The waitress received NO tip from us.

We LOVE this pizza! The combo is awesome with jalapeno peppers on there as a twist. We also love that we can get the pizza in take and bake form and cook them when we need them.
