Absolutely Amazing
One of the best places I’ve ever eaten. Wonderfully fresh seafood, and nice portion sizes (not too big, not too small). Their Shrimp Margarita is a popular appetizer, but I prefer their fried calamari – unlike every other restaurant I’ve ever ordered calamari at, the Ferry House does a good job of not over-frying it. The calamari is only very lightly fried, and served in a delectable mixture of sauce and vegetables that reminds me of a Chinese General Tso’s or sweet & sour sauce. I ordered a special entree of seared tuna which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, over a bed of the most delicious risotto I’ve ever tasted, and garnished with fresh string beans and greens. BYOB, which will make the restaurant check seem only slightly higher than normal. Highly, highly recommended.
