Truly, the most delicious Cambodian/pan-Asian restaurant ...
Truly, the most delicious Cambodian/pan-Asian restaurant in the Northeast. I have taken trips to Providence just to go to Apsara. The fresh nime chow rolls have just the right balance of basil, shirmp and rice noodles. The encyclopedic menu includes an amazing variety of soups and noodle and rice dishes. The mee kraw lar, seafood in a bowl (or pot), and lemongrass dishes are delightful. One doesn’t go to Apsara for the ambiance, but a chance to order dependable favorites and try out new dishes and flavors. And if you’re lucky, there may be karaoke in the basement dining area.
