Time to relax
Everything is in a hurry at the new Max’s. The bathrooms can’t cope with the influx of customers and deserve an inspection. The food is OK but was better at Las Magueyes where there was a more relaxed atmosphere.
Still the margaritas are still excellent.
Dishes I tried:
Mole al pollo
Had the mole al pollo which was just boiled chicken with mole sauce added as an afterthought. Nothing like the real Oaxaca mole.

09/07/2008If you really want to try excellent mole, check out Casa de Moles “La Tia”. They serve 15 different moles and all were absolutely wonderful!
