A little Asian Paradise in NYC!
After one night at this place I LOVED IT!! Plan on going back and taking friends, family, co-workers… pretty much everyone I can think of :)
They have a great selection of appetizers, their meals are a generous portion and reasonably priced and EVERYTHING I ordered was delicious! (I even snuck a taste of my husband’s rice noodles with chicken and was quite impressed!)
It’s a beautiful little place – kind of an oasis on a busy Manhattan street (E. 34th). I’m looking forward to going back. They had a live DJ playing great music – and not too loud like other chain, tourist-traps and I hear they are having Karaoke on Thursday nights each week.

Chicken Satay
Chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked – not dry at all. The peanut sauce was thick enough to stick and medium-spiced with great, ginger flavor. I was just sorry there weren’t more on the plate! It was an appetizer plate of 3 good-sized skewers of chicken.

Grilled eggplant
Big, thick chunks of Japanese eggplant grilled with a balsamic dressing. This was the second appetizer I chose to make a dinner from. There were shrimp chips on the side. A tasty, satisfying dish!
