Glad to learn about this Vietnamese Pan-Asian fusion restaurant and Bong Su does not disappoint me at all! For those curious eaters, each dish marked accordingly (North, Central, South) based on regions. From drinks to desserts, I have a very positive experience. Start your meal with a Bong Su Aperitif. The duck appetizer with mustard seed leaf wrap is amazing with the dipping sauce (yummier than lettuce wrap). Another special dish to try: Empress Rice—small pillows of soft grains topped with ginger and raw quail egg. For desserts, hmm… try the blueberry lime soda (yes, it serves in a tall short glass), it’ll be an amazing experience for your taste-buds.

This is a cute and intimate restaurant. The Foie Gras with date spread is delicious. Australian seabass has a tasty sauce. Price is decent for French restaurant! Good experience in general.

Perfect place to hang out with friends. Could be a hectic place during happy hour, which is before 6 or after 9. Very good selection of plates during those hours. I recommend my roomie’s fav drink: peach shake. You can still order although they’ve taken it out of the menu already.

Noodles, ramen and soba from cherryblossom are good. Worth-trying! But you do have to drive on Camelback with lots of construction and cones.

Went for Monday special: 1/2 price on all rolls. The fish are quite fresh, however, the sukiyaki is on the sweet side. Owner and staff are friendly.

Love the atmosphere and decor. It’s definitely a hip place to hang out. Sushi is decent, serving is quite small though. They do have some Asian-inspired cocktails and they are quite good. Look for their happy hour special :)
