Cactus is my favorite restaurant!

I love cactus! The food is fabulous, the place is stylish and hip, and the music is great. Everytime I go, I want to try new things on the menu but I ALWAYS go back to my favorite: the squash enchilada – it’s SOOO good! They have a lot of great items – try the fajitas, the carne asada, chicken fried chicken, the Espinaca salad, theskirt steak…mmmm – it’s all good!! I love the atmosphere and the people are always so nice. If you want a classy place that’s affordable and has a great view – you can’t beat Cactus!

i’ve never had an enchilada with squash! do you know what kind of spices they use?

I don’t know what spices but I can tell you that it is a butternut squash enchilada layered with round tortillas, spinach, goats cheese, squash, a special enchilada sauce, and sauted onion, etc – a fabulous blend of flavors…makes my mouth water. :)

Almost forgot, it’s topped with a blend of cheeses and guacamole. It’s very good.
