I just had the most amazingly hostile experience from a business that I was trying for the first time!! I called and asked for a delivery. As soon as I hung up the phone, I get a call saying that need to go into work, so I call back like 30 seconds later to cancel. When I say I need to cancel, the person on the phone hangs up on me. Naturally, I got a little irritated. I call back and this guy acts like I was pulling some scam. Then he curses me out (f*** you, etc.).

Incredible!! Is it really that serious Hi Pizza? I doubt the value of any business that comes that unglued over a single order that has to be cancelled. I will be writing a letter to the owner, assuming that wasn’t the owner who just cursed me out. Oh and, yea, the psycho at Hi Pizza has my address and phone number! Terrific!
