Best Sushi in Princeton but service sucks!
I like to say that if I die and go to heaven and they don’t serve Ajihei spicy salmon roll there – I am coming right back!
This is the best sushi in Princeton even though, sadly, Ajihei does offer the worst service in town. But the sushi is so good I will continue to put up with all the attitude and rules (a long list pasted right at the entrance), even though the long wait for the food (over one hour last week) does make me go there less often than I used to.
