I visited Pleasanton not too long ago, and I went to this awesome restaurant as a recommendation. The first thing I noticed was the open kitchen and how the main chef of the restanrant was a woman!!! In sushi world, there aren’t that many woman main chefs!! She seemed very friendly. The food was excellent; the best sushi place I have even been, and I have been to at least twenty different Japanese restaurants. I like how the restaurant accomodates people who are not very good at eating sushi, and people who love to try new things like Ankimo (fish intestine) and Uni (Sea Urchin). I also like that they have so many different types of drinks including Japanese martinis! I wish I lived there because I heard they were doing this contest to win things like the WildHorse Ranch Membership worth thousands of dollars and $250 gift certificate to their restuarant!!!! I would go back there in a heartbeat! The price is very affordable too!
