I’ve been going to Zaxby’s since they opened. It was a little rough at the beginning, and when I heard it changed hands back in 06, I returned and was pleasantly surprised… I’ve been hooked ever since. This restaurant is owner-operated, and you can tell… the staff and managers are always polite and friendly, and I feel like they care about me and my visit- they even know me by name. If there is ever an issue with my food, I know all I have to do is talk to ANYONE behind the counter and it’s taken care of quickly!

Anyone who was turned off in the past should definitely try this place out again! I go there like 2-3 times a week!

My favorite meal is the Wings and Things combo… or maybe the kicken chicken sandwich meal! I can’t choose!!
