Great, simple burgers from fresh ingredients, but really the stars of the show are the fries! Wow, these are easily the best fries I’ve ever had, including those from fast food, casual dining, fancy steakhouse, and my own homemade fries. They are exactly what a good, fresh fry should be, skins on, made from unfrozen, fresh potatoes, double fried in peanut oil.
