It is probably my favourite family restaurant to serve Canadian dishes. I’d come here just to give my little girl a special treat. They offer this Pirate Ship Pak where everything comes in a big pirate ship made from paper, so it adds some fun elements to the meal. What I like about this restaurant is the way food is presented, always on a white clean plate. Another interesting twist to the menu is that they’d feature a menu now and then with items designed in cooperation with local celebrity chefs — Feenie and Bishop are two I can remember.

It’s an eat-in/take-out sushi place operated and served by Japanese. I come here often not only because it’s in my neighbourhood, but also for its superb food. I am already drooling just at the thought. The menu offers typical items you’d expect at a sushi place, though with a little variation and some special chef items. Most important of all, it’s all yummy and fresh. Hardlly anything is disappointing. You can even watch some Japanese shows on their TV.
