Friendly, family-owned, with tasty dishes...
In old downtown Bonner Springs, the city that—according to my 1967 World Book Encyclopedia—had a larger population than Overland Park, Leawood and Mission combined , there is this little jewel of a Chinese restaurant.
Very friendly owner greets me everytime. Food is yummy…with several dishes I have never had anywhere else before.
Growing up in Springfield, MO—the home of Springfield-style cashew chickent—this makes for a great experience that makes me feel proud to call this part of Kansas, “home”.
