bad service, bad food.
we had been enjoying the bagels at this bakery for many years, and were regular customers.
we went in this weekend and took home around a dozen. when we tried to eat them we found them very changed. they were bland, almost no toppings (they had been covered before) and the texture was weird. we did NOT want to eat them.
we called the bakery and were told, ‘i don’t have time to listen to this’.
so rather than a refund, we got to throw away a bunch of bagels.
we will never go to this bakery again. they lost two good customers.
