Very Poor Service
I have had two separate bad experiences with catering orders from Villa Deli. The first time the delivery was over an hour late to which the driver attributed to “getting lost” though they had delivered to that location 15 minutes away a half dozen times before.
The second time I got a call 3 hours before a meeting with approximately 100 attendees and was told that they were “too busy” to handle the order that I placed with them the week before and wouldn’t be fulfilling it. After repeated phone calls the owner, Tina, refused to call me back and offer an explanation.
