Un gout de Paris à Pittsburgh
This is fun place to go for lunch or brunch. They make Parisian style crèpes with a pretty good variety of fillings – both savory and sweet. I still miss my favorite crèpe guy in Paris, but this takes the edge off…
The new offshoot on S. Craig is just as good, and has the benefit of being above-ground, so there’s lots of natural light. They also serve panini with various fillings both traditionally French and more American-style.
Dishes I tried:
Salmon Crèpe
This is my personal favorite… smoked salmon in a crèpe with crème fraiche and a slice of lemon, with a fresh greens salad on the side. Not exactly what you’d find at a corner crèpe stand in Paris, but delicious just the same.
