Great burger, even though the fish is the specialty
Consistently good food, enjoyable atmosphere. Nice location near Pike Place Market. Service is usually good but can get slow at peak times.
Reservations recommended at lunch.
Dishes I tried:
Hamburger
Juicy and flavorful, cooked just as ordered. I eat it most visits, even though it’s primarily a seafood restaurant.

Very tasty and something different
Nice atmosphere for lunch, definitely different from the usual Belltown fare.
Food had plenty of spices but really no heat.
Dishes I tried:
Bayou Gumbo
Good gumbo of shrimp, crab, chicken and sausage, with basmati rice. Flavorful, but not hot at all. Hot sauce was a good addition.

Better-than-average Thai in West Seattle
Went with a large group, including kids of various ages, and the restaurant handled it pretty smoothly. It seems like a busy place that could use some more tables. The starters ad main courses were varied and good.
Dishes I tried:
Spicy Long Bean
This dish was very good, lots of flavor. The chicken (optional) was white meat of high quality. The only down side was that it was not spicy (or at least not hot). I asked for “4 stars” which is the maximum at the restaurant, and I emphasized that I wanted it prepared as hot as they could make it. When the dish arrived, it was good, but not hot at all.
