I went in with a gift card I got as a gift. They refused to take it and to make it worst, they told me never to come in again and to take my “@@@@” else where. And the manager did this in front of the other customers that were dinning there, as well. Customer service was bad. Later when I took the sandwich home to eat, I noticed that the order was wrong as well. I couldn’t eat it. Tried to contact the management/owner… NO RESPONSE!!! Highly recommended to avoid this place to eat. They might be fast at making the subs, but don’t count on a friendly service from them!!!! I don’t know how they could have won the “Best of Boulder” for 12 years, but any respecting restaurant that treats/speaks to their customer this badly should not deserve to be in business or let alone awarded “best” in anything…
