Yummy Yummy Chinese Food
The atmosphere is great & so is the staff. The lunch special from 11:00am – 3:30pm Monday – Saturday is fantastic. they have a list of items to choose from & they all come with soup & appetizer of the day. Plus steamed, brown or fried rice. My favorite is the Sweet & sour pork. My husband loves the roasted duck. We have taked friends here for years. The POT STICKERS are to die for. They are made fresh to order & cooked while you wait. The Garlic Chicken is always a great choice if you are a garlic lover. Just the perfect amount of garlic & juicy chicken. We always have food left on our plate so we take it home & eat it again for lunch the next day or as a late night snack.
We love to go here at least once a week. Sometimes I will drive from Novato all the way to San Rafael just to get some food from here. Other chinese restaurants in this area are not very good. It is well worth the 15 minute drive to get some great food.
Average plate for lunch is from $5.95 – $7.25
Average dinner cost for a family is $10.55 per person or $12.55 per person.
Try it – You will love it. And, the pople who work here will remember you the next time you come in. They speak english & you can actually undedrstand them & they always have understood me! I highly recommend that you try Tsing tao the next time you want great Chinese food! There is a parking garage across the street. You will pay $0.75 for 1 hour of parking. PERFECT amount of time to eact lunch there!
Dishes I tried:
Sweet & Sour Pork (lunch)
MY FAVORITE – This came with rice, soup, appetizer & tea. GREAT TEA! I love this dish & this restaurant. Great food & lunch for under $10.00 that is cooked when I order it!

Watching La Cocharocha when you eat!
Went in for lunch. Sat down to eat my Pastrami sandwhich. Looked up & saw cocaroaches crawling on the floor & into the bath room. I had already taken a few bites. The food was gross. I can understand why. – Filithy place.
If you eat here, buy something factory sealed like a soda & a bag of Cheetos! Just to be safe.
Someone should call the health department on this place.

I wanted to get it down but couldn’t. After the first bite, my stomach wasn’t happy. And, after seeing some “friends” crawling around & some flies, I dropped my lunch in the trash & went down the street to Michael’s Sourdough@ More $ but much better food!!!

Great sandwhiches & perfect sourdough bread!
The bread is freshly made. Every sammy I get here has been great. My only complaint is that the staff is not very friendly & the prices are kinda high for a simple sammy.
The lady I think is either the manager or the owner, is not friendly at all. She never smiles at you & is always rushing you through the line & your payment. The lady who rings you up, is so nice & very friendly. She speaks spanish which is very helpful when I bring some of my employees here for lunch who don’t speak any english. She is the only person who has ever attempted to conversate with me. I wonder how she can deal with the other lady standing over her all the time.
However, I keep going back because the food is fantastic. the guys who make your sammy or very fast. The guy who takes your order is friendly but he is the only one!
