Fuji Bay Japanese Restaurant

Fuji Bay, Good Sushi, Good Chef
There is only one chef in the restaurant and that is Sam. The sushi is very good. You will wait if the restaurant is busy and you will likely wait if the restaurant is slow. Always worth the wait. The server staff is friendly but usually overworked.
This is easily worth once a week dining and even twice a day.
The Tuna is usually the best caliber and overall the fish is pretty fresh.
Try the Dragon and Rainbow Rolls and the Spicy Tuna. The Tempura is also worth while. The only thing missing is shabu shabu
The restaurant is moderate to expensive.
