Disclaimer: This could have been a one time experience, however was not a good first impression.

My wife and I joined some friends at Chopstix for a friends birthday. The wait staff took 15 minutes to ask us if we wanted drinks, then took additional time to get our entree order, still no drinks. The waitress took our order from one end of the table, causing us to yell across the loud table to attempt to get her to hear us, usually multiple times of saying the same thing.
The waitress told us that they were understaffed because someone had not come in, so she has an extra large section. Then once we got our food, it was fine but it was not hot (our party was not large, only 7). Our drinks ran out before our food came and we did not get more until after they had taken the plates from us. They tried to switch waitresses on us mid-meal, but her replacement also did not know what she was doing and did not bring us any drinks, after taking the order.
The entertainment was good, albeit a bit loud, I feel like a grandpa saying it, but it was loud enough that I could not talk to someone right next to me without yelling in their ear.
