This place lived up to the hype. Mouthwatering blueberry pancakes, a great biscuit/eggs, and a nice (if a little too sweet, however) waffle….this place once again proves that NYC is the best place in the world for brunch.

Finally tried this place for brunch and was happy with it. The huevos rancheros were the best I had anywhere. Poor sweet selections (i.e. bland french toast and so-so pancakes) were a disappointment for my ever-so sweet tooth, but very good service, a nice table by the window, and good coffee rounded it all out.

So much more than a dessert place.

Went last night to P*ong with my mom after reading some mixed reviews on here (people said that for each course, they either hated it or loved it). Every course was excellent, and all of them exceeded expectations. Had the Suite Menu (tasting, 8 courses, $63) — all close to perfect. From the chinese pumpkin/squash soup to the anise-filo with artic char to the final dessert (of three) of chocolate cake and best-sorbet-at-a-restaurant-ever passion fruit sorbet with passion fruit seeds …AMAZING.

Went there for a special lunch. Food outstanding, view extraordinary. On a Friday afternoon in April we had the place to ourselves. Excellent crab cakes, wonderfully thought-out salad. A place your date and parents alike would find exquisite.

Excellent cuisine, great “train dining car” atmosphere. Excellent calamari appetizer and bibb salad with herb buttermilk. I had the bass with pine nut sauce (exquisite) and my dining partner had an excellent lamb. Desserts were good, not stellar.
