Classic american diner food, done well. Friendly, eager staff and entertaining surroundings. All the dishes with gravy are good. It’s family friendly, too, whichever that means to you.

A pretty good burger and the starters are substantial. But overall it’s just your normal pub fare in a location much more promising than the dining. Evidently a good place to listen in on some really awkward blind dates, too.

Yet another great recommendation by Shezagat, Green Leaf is excellent vietnamese. The lemongrass eggplant was as good as billed, as was the herbs and greens accompanying a classic, delicious vermicelli bowl. I have yet to try the pho, but I’m sure it is excellent.

Excellent eel dishes, chefs specials and miso, though their nigiri wasn’t of the same high quality. Friendly staff who aren’t in all that much of a hurry, but it is still a standout sushi joint around Seattle.
