Tried to get info to book a large party. After numerous calls or visits to the restaurant, they finally got back to me after 10 days and only after I asked for the name and number of their regional manager. Then they tried to gouge me with an unreason $30 per person because I would occupy half the dining area. What prevented them from telling me this 10 days ago? I guess they prefer to take their chances rather than have a guaranteed large party. And the person who contacted me, Christina, clearly had a “take it or leave it” attitude. They have so many shift managers that we had to explain our situation each time to a different person. But the ultimate person responsible for returning our call was the general manager, Michael San Juan. No excuse for such rude behavior from a restaurant that is trying to establish itself in the neighborhood…especially with Olive Garden and Cheesecake Factory around the corner. They lost my business and my 80+ guests will hear about it too.
