probably the best in the area that delivers
If you are a student, or just live in the westwood area and do not have the luxury of a car to travel down to Sawtelle, Soybean is probably your best bet for decent Chinese food. None of that Noodle Planet/Mr. Noodle crappolla. That stuff is only good if your looking for Americanized chinese food.
