Original and exotic dishes

I have to say that this is one of my favourites places not only because I love their original desserts and the exotic food but mostly because of it’s warm and friendly service.

The restaurant is small, the atmosphere is relaxed and the decor makes me feel on an island. It is definetly a culinary trip to Reunion Island, a nice way to escape from the cold winter days in Montreal (at least for a few hours).

Service is amazing! we never have to ask for more water , bread or butter. You can BYOW and for about $35-$38 you can have the Tasting Menu that includes an Appetizer, Main dish, Dessert and Tea or Coffee.

If you are a chocolate lover, you’ll enjoy the Piton des Neiges, a chocolate cake with a rich chocolate sauce, nothing but the best!!

I do recommend to make reservations.

Upscale dinner at an affordable price!

I was invited for dinner with a group of friends at this cozy restaurant and have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The decor makes you feet it’s warmth with discreet elegance and the service was very courteous and attentive to our needs.

Diverse menu and nice list of wines. Prices are affordable and the dishes are prepared with seasonal products, so you could enjoy the freshness and taste the ingredients.
I had the milk-fed calf liver and it was superb, it almost melted in my mouth. It was amazing!
Desserts are also delightful, hmmm, just the right amount of sugar.

Food presentation is emphasized and the portions are fair.

For less than $30 you could have the Table d’hôte for lunch. It includes an appetizer, main dish and dessert.

A party of 6 or more could choose between the 2 group menus ( $40 or $50 ).

II strongly recommend to make reservations. Enjoy!
