Pizzigando
Apr 21, 2008
Food is ok
But I waited longer than 40 mins for small cheese pizza and even when I told them I had to leave to pick up my son at daycare, they still moved at a snails pace. Not sure I’d go back.

Mandarin Taste Restaurant

I hate Chinese but LOVE Alice's
They are friendly and their food is fresh and quite tasty. I have never been a fan of Chinese but Alice’s swayed me. My husband loves Chinese so I went here to comprimise after hearing it was good. Good is an understatement. Though they have had “off” nights where we were not thrilled for the most part it has been great. They only use white meat chicken and high quality fresh ingredients. Their food is not greasy and they even have healthy options including brown rice. Give it a try. A really cute place to dine in as well. They will remember you too and appreciate your business.

Chicken Wings
There is nothing special about these wings. They have little in the way of seasoning but for some reason they are the BEST!
-
Teriyaki Chicken Sizzle Platter
Not as “asian” as you would think. Grilled chicken on a bed of sauteed broccoli and onions in a teriyaki sauce. Terrific over white rice.
-
Teriyaki Beef Sizzle Platter
Just as good as its chicken counterpart.
-
Pu Pu for 2
Everything you want in a pu pu platter and incredible homemade duck sauce!
-
Beef and Broccoli
The old standby – what can I say but YUM
-
Penking Raviolis
These are definitely homemade and are good, but they have an “off” flavor that I am not crazy about. My husband loves them. I love the sauce. I recommend giving them a try and judging for yourself.

The food is good but service is very very slow
This restaurant is ok. The food is very good but the service is very slow and we could hear the chef yelling at the server that “this isn’t a diner” when they asked where our food was. We were the only diners there. Not sure I’d be back to eat in but might get take out.

Incontro Restaurant and Lounge
Apr 21, 2008
Great Food, Nice Atmosphere
We went to Incontro for my birthday. Good thing we made reservations because it was a 2 hour wait for a table. Our server was not very good. We waited a ridiculously long time for drinks, apps, etc… but we weren’t in a rush. The food was excellent and the place is beautiful. The lounge is also really nice, adorned with leather couches and had a very comfortable feel. They also have billards outside of the lounge. I would definitely go back.

Siros Marina Bay

Fantastic Food, Celebrity Sightings
Siros is a great place to eat. Packed in the summer but great deals in the Winter. I have dined here, held functions, spent holidays. The food is incredible. They are offering Prix Fixe meals during the week and always have innovative delicious specials and wonderful staple menu items. I highly recommend for a romantic meal, family meal, function or cocktails.

Rancho Chico
Feb 25, 2008
Awful Food, Awful Service
Our first visit a year or so ago was unimpressive and irritating and we were not going to give them another chance. On the way home from a baby doctor appointment we decided to stop and get take out.
When we walked in and asked to place a take out order – we asked the hostess if they could make a garden salad. She did not know what a garden salad was and suggested we get the $9 Rancho Chico Salad which we did without the chicken because I wanted a side salad. I of course was charged full price. We then asked if it was possible to get Medium Rare steak in the Fajitas and was told yes and then she asked what I wanted to order. So I said “steak fajitas please” and she looks at the menu and says “you have a choice of steak, shrimp or chicken”... Is it me? So I repeat that I want steak Medium Rare in the fajitas. She tells us it will be 20 minutes for the take out. A good 15 mins later the hostess tells us she just put the order in. So I asked if this means that we are waiting another 20 minutes and non apologetically she says “yes”...
Finally we get our food and leave. I get home and did not get fajitas – I got a quesadilla that I did not want and it was sprinkled with shriveled overcooked steak! We were so specific about our order that I could not believe that it was wrong.
I called there and spoke to the hostess that took the order. She claimed at first not to remember us – I can assure you I was the only pregnant woman with her husband who ordered take out in person and waited. She asked me what else we ordered and said she would have to call me back. I was clear when I called to tell them of their mistake that I wasn’t coming back to get the fajitas as they are at least 20 mins away but wanted them to know about the mistake. The hostess proceeds to tell me that even though she took our order that some other “lady” gave us the food and she should have checked so it was not her fault. I told her that they both work there and it is called customer service. She tells me they will call me back again… She calls back and says “this is the hostess from Rancho Chico and I know you said you live 45 mins away but I can’t help you. You only paid $9.75 for the quesadillas and the fajitas are $15 so you would have to drive here and return the quesadillas before they would place an order for the fajitas” Can you even imagine? I told her again that I was NOT driving back there and returning the quesadillas and that the service and communication at that restaurant is awful and that they lost a customer. She said “Ok” and hung up on me. They could care less. Not to mention they got $9 out of us for a tin full of iceberg lettuce with four tomato slices so I think we are even when it comes to the fajitas. Good luck to Rancho Chico on staying in business if they keep this up.

Mansfield Variety & Deli

Good Deli
Mansfield Deli has good sandwiches and other dishes plus great soups. Daily special sandwiches and soups are offered as well as their regular menu. I find them kind of abrasive at times when serving you, but they are tasty. Plus they have beer/wine/liquor and some gourmet grocery items.
