Settebello Pizzaria Napoletana
Aug 30, 2008
Authentic Fresh Pizza
I was really impressed with Settebello’s. It’s not everyday that you find a pizza place that used fresh mozzarella and actually follows the Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) standards. In case you’re wondering, that translates to seriously authentic pizza.
A tiny tad on the slow side, but good food’s worth waiting for, right?
Great downtown location. Perfect for lunch or a quiet dinner. You probably won’t have to deal with six kids sitting at the table next to you. Don’t get me wrong, I really like kids. But sometimes it’s nice to eat without listening to them squeal and for some strange reason pizza places seem to attract the kids!

Margherita Pizza
So good, you’ll probably want to order two. Seriously. I love the fresh basil flavor. The crust has the perfect flavor. Simple and delicious.
The Sonora Grill

Great trip to O-Town
I was excited to eat at The Sonora Grill after reading this great review: http://yourheartout.com/?p=2672
My husband and I hopped on the FrontRunner and went up to Ogden to check it out ourselves. We were quite impressed with the restaurant and everything else that is going on in Downtown Ogden. Honestly, who would have thought they could pull off such an amazing change. (I used to be a little concerned in the parking garage after shopping with my Grandma in the old Ogden Mall.)
I loved the green salsa, he loved the red salsa. We shared the Doraditos, which left me almost full. I should have skipped my entree (even though it was delicious…I just ended up bringing most of it home) and gone straight for the dessert (amazing flan). I think I’d like to go back for some more dessert sampling. The banana split taken to the table next to us was huge!

Chilaquiles
Good stuff. I’d never had Chilaquiles before. The presentation was amazing and it tasted just as good the next day as reheated leftovers!

Flan
I’d give this 10 stars if I could. Perfect. Honestly, perfect. As good as I had at any of the fancy-schmancy restaurants in Spain and France.
