Very good Mexican-American and priced right
Mambo Grill is a fast, inexpensive, healthy option for dining in Lowell. It’s not the restaurant you go to if you’re looking for a romantic night out or to impress a first date, but if you don’t care for pretense it’s just fine. The staff is friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.

Chicken Enchiladas
Great enchiladas with great sauce that isn’t too hot and not too mild. A bit salty, that’s my only complaint. Comes with cilantro rice and black or red beans.
