Some friends and I went to the Elephant Bar after others told us the food was good.Not! Two of us ordered steak sandwiches,we were brought steak dinners instead,as soon as the waitress sit our plate down,she realized it was the wrong order.,By the time they finally brought out the sandwiches the others in our group were finished eating! The steak was not cook medium as we ordered,it was rare! The two of us both ordered onions,we were brought a small dish of onions and each of us were charged sepratley! I never received the mushrooms I requested,No apology was made for the mix up.I emailed them a note telling of the terrible service and no one bothered to respond.
I would not return to this Elephant Bar.

I went with friends during the lunch hour.We were given a hand held buzzer that never went off,when I asked about it after seeing other guests being seated after we arrived,the attendant said,“oh we have two #21s” if she knew that why would she give us a duplicate number? Once we were seated the service went downhill,the waiter was bored and inattentive ,for instance we asked for pepper,he said"isn’t there pepper on the table?" we would not have bothered him if it was.My friend placed her order,I said,I’ll have the very same,he said,"you want and repeated the same order again,again I said yes.He never came back to refill our drinks,we practically had to trip him to ask for refills.
