Panago Pizza
Feb 10, 2008
My favourite pizza place
I keep hunting around, but nothing is as good for me as Panago’s. And now, I’ve discovered their wings are as good as their pizza. Really, they own me. The tropical sauce is the best part, though, if you’ve never tried it, well, mmm. You’re missing out.

Honey Mustard Wings
A bit soggy during delivery, but still darn good. Definitely worth ordering, and I didn’t even eat the pizza!

Swiss Chalet

Good, but a bit overpriced
I enjoy Swiss Chalet; the sauce itself is wonderful, and you get generally good food. The pricing, I find, is higher than what it should be. A pleasant meal, but not one I’d choose all that often.

Classic Half Chicken Dinner
I had mine with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, and took advantage of their soup and pie special. Everything was tasty, and I did enjoy the meal, but with an iced tea, the total was nearly $20. Personally, that’s about $5 more than I feel comfortable paying for what I ate.

Jasmine Garden Restaurant

Pretty good, actually
Unfortunately, I suspect the lack of prices in the phone book menu might scare people off from the food here. Chinese tends to be greasy, unadorned and pretty basic when it comes to take out, but when your order has a tomato rind in the shape of the rose for delivery, you’re getting something a bit special. And it tasted quite good as well.

Happy Mix
For delivery, this was a fantastic presentation of BBQ pork, honey garlic pork, egg rolls, and prawns & pepper salt. A tomato rose in the center was appealing, and the veggies and meat were tasty. A bit on the greasy side, but certainly good. A lot of the vegetables were more pretty than edible, which is problematic for me at such a high price. Overall, I was happy with the mix.

Eko's
Jan 30, 2008
Excellent food
Eko’s is one of the few delivery places in Abbotsford that does steak and barbecue, so it’s fortunate that it’s so good. The sauces are rich and tasty, the meat well-cooked and tender, and the sides are plentiful. Though the prices are a bit high for a student, the food is a good value at the price, generally at least two meals worth.

BBQ Chicken & Ribs
The barbecue sauce on these is fairly standard, but still good enough to lick of your fingers, and the quantities are reasonable. It come with a side of spaghetti, rice, baked or roast potatoes, garlic toast, and a small salad. Excellent food.
